At EM Solutions, our standard assembly Turn Around Time (TAT) is 5 days. However, in this “need-it-now” world, we do TATs as quickly as 1-3 days if needed. Whether the job is consignment or full Turnkey, our day one begins when the boards and all the parts arrive at our facility and we receive the files we need from our customers (BOM and Gerbers). All of our programs and stencils will be prepared beforehand. Once the project starts, we will verify the accuracy of the parts kit and the engineering programs before getting to work on your build.
